Last week after completing your wellness wheel activity, you identified a domain and created a goal (emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, or physical). Today, you can either work by yourself or with a group that has a similar goal, and create a plan for that goal. For example, if your goal was to drink more water, you could look up some tips to drink more water, and the benefits of drinking water. You can either create a presentation for the class (like with the information on drinking water), or an activity that you want to do with the class. An example of an activity could be leading the class in five minutes of mindfulness.

Pick one day over the next week and complete a diary. Write down what you eat for each day. Who are you eating with (family, friends, by myself, etc) and where you ate (in my room, on the couch, at the table, cafeteria, etc). For that same day, write down what you do for physical activity, and also include who you were with and where you did it.

8R observed the behaviours of meal worms. They completed a drawing of their worm and labelled it. Day two saw the groups formulate testable questions with their worms. Some groups had different food for the worms to eat, and another group created an obstacle course for their worm to move through...
