From March 14-18 Dr. Losier will be celebrating Pi (3.14) with a number of activities. A food drive, PIe Your Teacher, Pi art, a Pi bee, and more are planned through the week. Throughout the week students can buy tickets for a chance to Pie A Teacher all monies from this will be donated to the SPCA. Also, throughout the week each grade will be asked to bring in 314 can or other round containers of food. This will be donated to the local food bank. On Monday students will begin Pi Art pieces during activity period. They will be collected by their Math teachers on Wednesday. They will compete in class Pi Bee's during another activity period. The school wide Pi Bee will occur on Friday afternoon. Other Pi activities will be announced as the week progresses.
