The Home and School and PSSC meeting will be held Sept. 25th at 6pm in the main lobby. All parents/guardians are welcome to come and find out about these two committees and join one or both.
Sept 12th we will have an informal "Meet the teacher" at 6pm. This session is for all, regardless of what grade your student is in. We will meet in the theater to go over the new things happening at our school. Parents will have a chance to meet their child's teachers and ask any questions or concerns they may have. All are welcome.
Wednesday will be a regular school day for all students. Please bring all essential materials and your lunch. Lets make this a great school year. Meet you in the lobby.
Tuesday is WEB day for the Grade 6 students. This day is for Grade 6 students only, all other students(grade 7 and 8) will come to school on Wednesday. Lunch will be provided for the Grade 6 students. If you wish to bring your own lunch that is perfectly fine. Please bring all you school materials when you come on Wednesday. No need to bring a bookbag on Tuesday. We look forward to welcome our new Grade 6 students. Meet in the lobby of the school.
The Vice-Principal's Award was given to Logan Saunders and Carol Ann Leggatt. Congratulations to both students for all they do for Dr. Losier Middle School.
Our Learning Showcase will be held Wednesday from 11am until 2pm. Come and see our Market, Humanities Display, Science Section, a Play being held at 11am and many more events. Free to attend. All members of the community are welcome to come to our open house and see the marvelous things we have done this year.
There will be a parent meeting for the parents of students going on the upcoming trip to Quebec. The meeting will be Tuesday May 28th at 6:30pm at Dr. Losier Middle School.
