For the past few weeks students have been taking a class a week to work on DreamBox Learning. It is an interactive math site designed to both fill in any gaps students may have in the basic math foundation and challenge the students with work both at and beyond grade level. This site can also be worked on at home. The website is:

It is recommended that the students spend 30 minutes to 1 hour per week at home on this.
It is also available on iPads. The app is free in the app store(it is called Dreambox Learning) and the code that is needed to log in is: knjs/aaj2

Unit test on Decimals
Topics include :
- Place Value
- Estimating multiplying and dividing questions
- Multiplying decimal numbers by a 1 digit whole number
- Dividing decimal numbers by a 1 digit whole number (long division)
All students have been given a small review booklet that they should work on tonight in order to prepare for the test tomorrow. The booklet also includes a small review on how to do each section.
