Last week after completing your wellness wheel activity, you identified a domain and created a goal (emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, or physical). Today, you can either work by yourself or with a group that has a similar goal, and create a plan for that goal. For example, if your goal was to drink more water, you could look up some tips to drink more water, and the benefits of drinking water. You can either create a presentation for the class (like with the information on drinking water), or an activity that you want to do with the class. An example of an activity could be leading the class in five minutes of mindfulness.
